Defining the Value Proposition for ABB Connected Services
ABB, a leading Swedish-Swiss multinational in electrical engineering, combines expertise with cutting-edge software to enable smarter, safer, and more efficient operations—all while supporting a low-carbon future.
Connected Services, one of ABB’s key offerings, provides advanced tools for Condition Monitoring & Diagnostics, Backup Management, Remote Access, Fleet Assessment, and Asset Optimization.
Our goal in this project was to refine the Value Proposition for Connected Services, both internally and externally. Instead of focusing solely on technical features, we aimed to highlight the real-world benefits for users.
Through in-depth research—including user journeys, sales processes, partnerships, and internal workflows—we developed a benefit-driven narrative that better communicates the value of Connected Services. We then tested and refined this new approach, creating actionable strategies to deliver this message effectively throughout the entire user journey.
