SpareBank1 Funds “All-in-one”
An optimized investment solution—designed for everyone.

SpareBank 1 Fond, part of SpareBank1 Bank, manages funds from Odin, a subsidiary of SpareBank 1 Gruppen AS.

The organization faced a challenge with disorganized communication across channels, unclear value propositions, and mismatched messaging to diverse audiences. We collaborated with a multidisciplinary team to address these issues through a structured approach: defining the project framework, mapping the fund distribution network, segmenting audiences, and analyzing brand identities and communication channels.

The outcome included a clear customer segmentation, distinct narratives for each brand, a refined brand strategy, repositioning of Odin, product naming for SpareBank 1 Fond, and digital prototypes for testing. The resulting strategic document provides clear guidelines for targeted communication, audience alignment, and brand positioning.

Additionally, we developed the name “Alt-i-ett” for the fund product and reorganized the product hierarchy to be more relevant and user-friendly.
