Unge Ferrari is a Norwegian singer and songwriter in the hip-hop and soul genre.

In 2018 he released the album Midt imellom magisk og manisk (MIMOM), which debuted with atop the Norwegian VG-lista albums chart. For the album, he was nominated for two awards ahead of Spellemannprisen 2018: Songwriter of the Year and Album of the Year

For the launch event of the new album we designed an immersive and engaging experience for the launch event. This involved creating a visual identity for the album (that already had the cover art) that included outputs like posters, digital invitations, animations, content for social media and more.

The concept has been to convey the duality of magic and maniac in the visuals through typography and motion. We created a visual symmetry between the words magisk and manisk to represent both sides of the personality. At the same time we added a layer of emotional mystery and disturbance through motion treatment making some part of the visuals dissolve or disappear.
